The location was perfect because it was not far from tourist areas of Strasbourg as well as the next shop. The staff was dog friendly all that time.

Can just recommend this place and would stay here again and again. The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from France and the next shop for a quick visit.

The hotel has ideal location near tourist areas of Strasbourg, the autoroute, and France. The staff were all helpful, pleasant.

We truly enjoyed this good budget hotel. An electric kettle, air conditioner, and an electronic key card in our quadruple room were useful during stay. The location was great and particularly good for exploring L'Hospitalet-du-Larzac. The whole experience was really lovely from start to finish, would be happy to recommend.

We stayed at The Originals Access hotel during our journey to Provence and visiting Roquefort. The location was convenient and easy to access from the A75, with ample parking available. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making check-in a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast buffet, which exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Despite its proximity to the autoroute, the hotel was relatively quiet. The room was like an apartment, complete with a table and chairs that were actually functional. We also appreciated having a water kettle in the room, a rare find in many hotels. it was a perfect stopover for our journey.

Location and plenty of choices to eat

Probably the limit of driving from Calais on A75 to Spain/Southern France. It is worth the extra driving as the hotel is clean, comfortable with very good French cafe food and easy to find. It is an excellent short stay hotel and by far the best value for money along this stretch of road.

The late arrivals screen system is incomprehensible as are most of the others of this type

Ideal and great accommodation with magnificent setting short walk to France, the next shop and Millau. Outstandingly accommodating staff and attention to detail. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Value for money was great, especially considering the convenient location on the highway. The room was perfect with a table and chairs, and the added bonus of a water kettle. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved.

Unable to check in to the Hotel as the 24 hour check in machine was not working. We telephoned at 19h30 and e-mailed the hotel to get the late access code (5115) but when we arrived at 23.45pm the machine was broken - had to sleep in the car!!!!!

As above - very disappointed as we were unable to get into the hotel - want a full refund. Will e-mail the hotel and let them know.

the best thing about this hotel was the location. It was clean.

The dinner was overpriced and the quality poor. The steak was tough and of poor quality.
